We had other plans for our first lab retreat, but COVID-19 invited us to hold closeby in Delftse Hout. We had good discussion looking back at where the lab had started out, where it is now and where we want to take it. We also thought about what we can improve and how we can share knowledge even better than we already do. We ended with a BBQ at Arjen’s house – the first time we saw each other all in person since March this year! Thanks also to our friends Vladimir and Nemo from the Dogterom lab, who share our passion for (cryo-)EM and joined us.
